I know this is a true rumor. It is said that you can meet Rockhopper and he will give you a background as an award. You can only meet him at the dock, pizza parlor, night club, his ship, snow forts, iceburg, and the beach. You can only meet him when his ship is docked. I know it is true, I have met him 5 times.

I met him 6 times or more beacause I am logged in almost everyday,everytime,every minute,every hour and every month waiting for new things in CP!!!
