Well they say that when you have 100 penguins on the iceburg, it will tip. But I am quite sure that the maximum penguins in one room is 50. I heard the reward is a secret iceburg catalog will come up with a yellow puffle for 800000 coins and a beta test party hat for 1000000 coins. But the yellow puffle has been realeased. I once asked Club Penguin Support if you could tip the iceberg, this was their reply:
Hello,
Thank you for your email. Whether or not your can tip the Iceberg is one of
the biggest rumors in Club Penguin. While I have never tipped one myself, that
certainly doesn’t mean that it cannot happen. In fact, Aunt Arctic answered a
similar question in a recent issue of the Club Penguin Times. She said that
many penguins have told her that they have tipped icebergs before. All I’m sure
of is that Iceberg-tipping parties are a lot of fun, so I’m going to keep
trying!

Here in Brumby server the tipping parties are almost forever!!I have counted all the penguins they were more than 50!!Some of them also brought thier puffles!!
